Salted Caramel Cookies
2 sticks unsalted butter, softened
3/4 C BB&C caramel sauce
3/4 C brown sugar
2 eggs
2 1/2 C Flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
Cream softened butter, add the brown sugar and blend until fluffy.
Add the eggs and blend one at a time.
Add caramel and blend.
In a small bowl combine the flour, salt and baking soda.
Add to the butter mixture and combine.
Scoop in roughly 1" balls and place on a prepared baking sheet.
Bake at 350 for 12-13 mins.
Allow to cool, remove from pan and drizzle with some more caramel sauce and a few flakes of sea salt.
